Ok guys, the news is out. Micromax Canvas 4 is priced at 17,999. Specs are as follows:

Already have a LG phone; damn thing is slow and stuttering. But what to do, paid some 17,000 for that just over a year back. Have to live with it for some more time before buying a new phone

Personally don't believe in junking things unless they are fully used. Why burden the environment...
